Position Title: Project Site Representative, Design and Construction

Role Overview:

As a Project Site Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. You will be the primary point of contact at the construction site, responsible for representing our company and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed in accordance with the design, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the on-Site Representative for our company, maintaining a professional and positive image at all times

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the design plans and specifications, and in accordance with local building codes and regulations

- Work closely with the project manager and design team to review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and materials

- Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work, identify any potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes

- Manage project documentation, such as contracts, change orders, and RFIs, ensuring they are properly executed and filed

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager, highlighting any potential delays or budget overruns

- Ensure the safety of all personnel on the construction site by implementing and enforcing company and OSHA regulations

- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, schedule improvements, and quality enhancements, and make recommendations to the project team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision

- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the project team and stakeholders

- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Construction management software

- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (or willing to obtain)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to meet project deadlines
