Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Project Site Manager to work with our Project Management Team to coordinate and report on Project Site activities. These projects vary in complexity and scope and may include Pallet/case/sortation conveyor systems, rack supported buildings, and ASRS, AGVs

Duties and Responsibilities
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
• Oversee and adhere to agreed Quality Plan onsite activities and materials Management plan onsite activities.
• Maintaining quality control procedures.
• Assisting the assigned Project Manager with supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and reporting as needed to the Sales Team.
• In conjunction with the assigned Project Manager, coordinating and supervising construction workers.
• Conduct Site Safety Training and Regulatory Checks
• Lead Site coordination/ reporting daily meetings with all project execution resources (setting and reviewing daily targets, driving mitigation/contingency activities, etc.)
• Review the Commissioning Plan and site Commissioning requirements with the Field Commissioning Team.
• Review Engineering team Commissioning readiness
• Manage Site Critical Path & monitor potential delays (late engineering changes, missing material orders, late material arrival, safety shutdown, etc.)
• Organize onsite Customer Training in areas of Operations, maintenance, and resident maintenance.
• Provide required onsite Go live support.
Requirements and Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Education requirement may be waived with 5+ years job specific related experience like Site Management, Project Management, and Integration management.
• Ability to travel 80% typical. Periods of 100% potential depending on project needs.
Experience
• 5 years of Project or Site Management experience within a construction / industrial installation environment.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of automated electromechanical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
General Skills
• Excellent communication skills, influencing without authority, leadership skills, and competence in making recommendations for timely, effective, fact-based decisions in challenging, time-compressed environment.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
