We are SleepCharge by Nox Health, a value-based, outcomes-focused tele-health sleep medicine program created by Nox Health, a known leader in the sleep medicine space.

Transforming sleep medicine is a heavy lift and we need your management, leadership and people skills to ensure our success. As a Senior Project Manager at Nox Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various projects critical to our mission of improving sleep health for all. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to sleep medicine research, product development, patient-centered operations, data analyses, customer success and sales improvement and much more. This position requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding (or deep desire to rapidly learn about) the exciting field of sleep medicine.
Responsibilities:

  • Initiative and Project Planning and Strategy:
    • Define initiative and project scopes, objectives, key results and deliverables.
    • Drive and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
    • Align projects with the company's strategic goals and ensure they contribute to the overall mission.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including researchers, clinicians, engineers, and other experts.
    • Set clear roles and responsibilities for team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
    • Provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to sleep medicine.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Proactively drive and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
    • Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and presentations on project developments.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Evangelize our strategy execution framework and help develop it further.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in project management, sleep medicine and related fields to inform project strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.*
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or sleep medicine industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare/tele-health operations, product development processes and customer success and sales processes a plus
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.*
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.*
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.*
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.*
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.*
