Job Description
Our clients hire us to interview them virtually once a month on their mobile phone to create two helpful YouTube videos. We edit them, post them on their blog, email them to their list, update their social media, retarget their videos with advertising, and create a video postcard to mail physically to their best contacts. The goal is to help them get more sales from their existing contact list. We repeat this for hundreds of clients each month across the USA.
- A weekly meeting with each account manager and their team to review the work of roughly 10 clients (and log a ticket in CRM for one thing we can improve over the next 30 days)
- A weekly group meeting with our video editors where they share their best work that week, and anything you've seen not up to standard
- A weekly group meeting with our marketing coordinators where they share their best video emails and social media updates made that week, and anything you've seen not up to standard
- A weekly group meeting with our writers where they share their best lead-generation campaigns and blog posts that week, and anything you've seen not up to standard
- Supervise our Master Product Tracking Spreadsheet to make sure all client deliverables are complete by each month
- Keep track of what clients are running retargeting ads and the performance of each campaign
- Review the quality of every new client website, YouTube video and email sent to make sure it's done to our standards
- Correct the performance of any employee not getting their work done on time, or to the quality standards we set
- A weekly email sent from you to our company with our best client examples for the week
- A case study for each new client on our website with what we created for them once they signed up with us
- Administering our project management software so it's seamless and optimal for our employees to manage and track their work
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Work 9am - 5pm CST Monday - Friday for real-time team communication
- Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) and internet connection
- 1 week paid time off (PTO)

- $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
