We're looking for aProject Managerto join our team!
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects within the organization through all stages of the project lifecycle to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivery of projects.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Manages full project lifecycle according to Mosaic’s project management methodology and best practices
- Defines and documents project scope and schedule, obtains approvals and commitments, and demonstrates project need and feasibility
- Develops project plans, budgets, schedules, work breakdown structures, risk and issue logs, change logs, and resource cost estimates
- Collaborates with project team and subject matter experts to identify impacted processes and required process change
- Collaborates with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Proactively works with the project team to educate team on Mosaic’s project management best practices
- Establishes with project team a documented definition of “done’
- Escalates any risks, barriers or project changes (scope, schedule, resources) to key stakeholders as appropriate
- Meets with project team regularly to ensure forward momentum on project goals
- Ensures that all established reporting is being completed on time and rolled up to the appropriate dashboard(s).
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and deliverables meet all acceptance criteria
- Facilitates the gathering of all business and technical requirements including acceptance criteria
- Develops and implements test plans, when appropriate, to ensure successful delivery of the project
Fully Remote Position - Unable to hire in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Montana or Washington
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Requirements
Ideally, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches required.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM or equivalent preferred.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing projects, including experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner on moderately complex projects with multi-function team
