Job Description
Alco Windows and Doors is looking for a highly organized and skilled Project Manager to join our team and take charge of overseeing window and door installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of window and door installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints and make adjustments as necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols on job sites to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Carry a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have graduated high school or has GED
- History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
- Maintain good physical stamina to climb ladders and stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
- Show strong communication skills with homeowners while on-site to address any problems that may arise.
- Show the ability to work well as part of a team, including communicating effectively and solving problems to produce on-time, flawless projects.
