We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our HVAC.com team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing Agile processes, possess an ability to develop a deep understanding of internal software tools such as Asana, Heap, and more, and have exceptional communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for development requests from various stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to execute tasks efficiently. Bonus points, if by night, they masquerade as a Jazz phenom on the Keytar.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and facilitate Agile processes for the team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, and retrospectives. Deliver on dynamic business goals, adjusting Agile processes as necessary.
- Demonstrate expertise in internal tools utilized by the organization, such as Asana, Heap, Jira, and others. Utilize these tools effectively to streamline workflows, track progress, and gather insights for informed decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all development requests from stakeholders, including but not limited to marketing, SEO, and other departments.
- Gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
- Be proactive in organizational efforts, keeping stakeholders aligned and processes ordered.
- Execute tasks and initiatives with precision and efficiency, driving projects to successful completion.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and their application to project management and product ownership.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a Project Management role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management.
- Proficiency in utilizing software tools with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
