Role : Project Manager/BA - Price Risk Strategic Data
Location : NYC, NY - 10013 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Position Type : 8+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
Pay rate between $80/hr - $95/hr
Role will be 60% PM and 40% BA
Must have minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Needs strong Data Analysis skills
The role will be part of a core central project Governance team, charged with ensuring appropriate governance, project management and reporting of the programme.
The candidate must be an individual experienced with at least 10 years experience in Project Management, with sufficient domain knowledge of managing large and complex project/programmes whilst facing senior stakeholders.
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our core central project Governance team in NYC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring appropriate governance, project management, and reporting of the programme.
Primary Responsibilities :
Support the PR Program Initiative lead(s) in establishing and maintaining suitable programme governance and reporting.
Lead/participate in working groups/scrums with stakeholders and technology partners to manage delivery within agreed timelines.
Identify synergies between asset classes to minimize delivery risk and maximize adoption.
Identify Risks & Issues and proactively seek to resolve or escalate them in a timely and well-articulated manner.
Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts tailored to various forums and committees.
Build strong relationships to support project execution.
Assist in UAT, E2E, and production parallel testing.
Ensure effective socialization of all target state tools, processes, and controls.
Collaborate with Internal Audit stakeholders to ensure credible challenge throughout the remediation process and validation of results.
Drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization.
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in Project Management with domain knowledge of managing large and complex projects/programmes.
Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project.
Relevant industry experience within the Financial Industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle complexity, ambiguity, and a fast-changing environment.
Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capability.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies/principles.
Presentation skills using tools such as PowerPoint.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
Project Management, Business Analysis certifications (eg, PMP, ISEB) a strong plus.
