CME Corp is currently seeking an energetic individual to join the Project Management team. This remote position is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects, efficient delivery of medical equipment and device orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- This position will lead the successful execution of projects from start to finish
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries, invoicing, and monitoring of product using CME’s proprietary CME360 Project Management Hub software
- Primary point of contact for customers and internal departments
- Independently monitor and measure project processes and activities to identify and communicate potential issues, risks or problems in a timely fashion and provide corrective action options and drive to resolution.
- Some order entry and order modifications as needed
- Frequent communication with Project Management (Customer and Internal), Upper Management, Customer Service, Account Managers, Vendors, Warehouse, and Direct-to-Site Coordinators.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business, Project Management, or 3 to 5 years of on-the-job training in Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Suite of products. (advanced experience in Excel)
