Hammerbrush Construction is currently seeking Construction Field Supervisors. In this opportunity you will be responsible for taking projects from customer approval stages through closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• You will be handling daily projects from “ground-up/start-to-finish”.
• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Assist in all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out and estimating.
• Lead job meetings with Architects, Subcontractors, Interior Designers, Safety, and Superintendents/Field Teams.

Candidates should have the following qualities:

• Proven cost control and financial responsibility for all jobs. *
• Maintain pride in the work your crew and subcontractors perform. *
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. *
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude. *
• Must be knowledgeable of building and site layout process; understanding blueprints and construction schedule and ability to communicate that information.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience managing construction / Restoration projects
• Previous experience with estimating, set-up, budget planning, buyout, cost reporting, subcontractors, and close-out
• 5+ Years’ problem-solving construction obstacles without resulting in change orders
• 5+ Years’ experience leading successful projects and teams
• Physical ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
• Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs
• Self-motivated – require minimal supervision Focused and determined to work with integrity, professionalism, and quality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
