We service multi-family and commercial painting and construction projects in the Chicagoland area. Every job is significant to us, no matter the size. From the planning stages of your project through the day of the final walk-through, Hammerbrush will always exceed expectations with clear communication and excellent service.
Hammerbrush Construction is currently seeking Construction Field Supervisors. In this opportunity you will be responsible for taking projects from customer approval stages through closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will be handling daily projects from “ground-up/start-to-finish”.
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
- Assist in all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out and estimating.
- Lead job meetings with Architects, Subcontractors, Interior Designers, Safety, and Superintendents/Field Teams.

- Proven cost control and financial responsibility for all jobs. *
- Maintain pride in the work your crew and subcontractors perform. *
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. *
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude. *
- Must be knowledgeable of building and site layout process; understanding blueprints and construction schedule and ability to communicate that information.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience managing construction / Restoration projects
- Previous experience with estimating, set-up, budget planning, buyout, cost reporting, subcontractors, and close-out
- 5+ Years’ problem-solving construction obstacles without resulting in change orders
- 5+ Years’ experience leading successful projects and teams
- Physical ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
- Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs
- Self-motivated – require minimal supervision Focused and determined to work with integrity, professionalism, and quality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
