Immediate opening for experienced Water/Fire Crew Chief

Pay
$25 to $35 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits include:
Paid training
Paid vacation (one week after one year two weeks after 2 years)

After hours call out bonus
Commision on outside sales
Job Description
1st on site to emergency Water/Fire damage calls.
Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questions/needs/concerns
Supervise Production Technicians on their activities
Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
Manage and control costs of production projects
Ensure your company vehicle is cleaned and maintained
Job Requirements:
Have a flexible schedule
Applications must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team.
Honest and looking to work for an ethical business.
Experienced in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required for the right individual.
Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of our office in Bridgeview, IL
Valid driver’s license in required (no exceptions)
Must be able to drive a 16 foot box truck
Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
Must be willing to work on call and weekends on a rotating schedule with all other Crew Chiefs/Techs
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
