The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:
- Manage and supervise multiple jobs ranging from water, mold, fire and smoke damage
- Estimate and manage the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Draft and submit estimates using Xactimate
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales
- Work as a team to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire ELITE organization
- Oversee job cost and see that schedules are met
- Managing communication on projects between customers and project team members
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Ensure all safety protocols are in force
- Maintain quality control over each project
- Other duties as assigned
You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:
- 5+ years of experience within the disaster restoration industry in a project management-level role
- Providing superior leadership and support to each member of the team
- Offering oversight and support to each project
- Skilled in multiple trades
- MUST HAVE: Polished Appearance - No facial or neck tattoos
