Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina (Remote*)

Project Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all stages (pre-construction through completion) of commercial and government roofing installations and repairs
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects across varying locations
- Complete roofing jobs on schedule and within budget
- Verify crews comply with safety policies, regulations, and contract requirements
- Create submittals, subcontracts, project schedules
- Attend site meetings and liaise between stakeholders
- Address issues, provide solutions, approve change orders
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Mentor and develop crew members and supervisory staff
Core Duties:
- Determine project requirements for materials, labor, timelines
- Coordinate job sequencing, logistics, inspections
- Execute safety and compliance oversight
- Identify and resolve problems
- Prepare progress reports and other documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years commercial roofing project management
- Effective leadership and independent decision-making abilities
- Expertise in roofing best practices, codes, regulations
- Skills in budgeting, planning, scheduling
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Software & Tech:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Project scheduling tools (Microsoft Projects, Primavera)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, direct multiple direct reports
- Set performance goals, support professional development
- Continuously monitor operations across multiple sites
Work Authorization & Security Clearance:
- Must pass pre-employment background checks
- Required clearances to work government contracts
*Remote: Will require travel within the state of North Carolina
