Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and team members.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Oversee the design process, providing guidance and support to the design team to ensure creative and practical solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (RA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
