Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: The Project Manager will apply best practice and experience in managing information technology projects for Indelible and our clients. This is primarily intended as a support role to project teams, applying Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) principles and disciplines to assist Project Leads and their project teams to deliver on time and within budget with high client satisfaction. This role allows for primary work to be performed remotely with occasional requirements to our Tallahassee office. Some travel to client sites in Tallahassee will be required as needed. Travel up to 25%.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business or science field
· Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Experience working with government entities to manage the end-to-end systems development life cycle (SDLC)
· Experience coordinating work to design, configure, develop, test, deploy and maintain information technology systems
· Experience leading risk and issue workshops with client stakeholders
· Experience developing presentations on project status and communicating to project leadership
Preferred Requirements:
· Ability to lead and facilitate complex business discussions directly with government clients
· Experience in applying Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall SDLC approaches
· Experience in working with Scrum Masters to support Agile development tools to manage Epics and User Stories
· Experience directing work to analyze and document business processes
· Experience directing work to document functional and technical requirements
· Experience with Microsoft Project Schedule to develop and maintain resource loaded project plans in accordance with PMBoK principles Leadership/managerial experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as the Project Manager for IT delivery of projects in accordance with PMBoK
· Document and communicate project status to client stakeholders
· Track project resources and their availability
· Help identify appropriate roles for project team members based on their professional strengths
· Coach project team members in the importance of disciplined project management processes
· Develop and manage Project Management Plans and associated project management artifacts
· Facilitate and coordinate project meetings
· Record meeting minutes, as appropriate
· Track and help resolve project risks, issues and action items
· Facilitate appropriate application of the integrated change control process and contractual compliance
· Assist the Project Lead to achieve collection of project team members time submissions to support timely invoicing

Physical Requirements:
· Capable of working extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if and when the position requires it.
· Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
· Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day.
· Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
· Must have finger dexterity for holding objects, typing, etc.
