Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for approving critical purchase orders as well as driving strategic projects that will have a material impact on our business performance. This role will regularly interact directly with the executive team. This is an excellent position to springboard to other opportunities at Partner.Co.

Duties/Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Allocate resources and ensure that team members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication:
- Communicate project goals, objectives, and progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality projects.
- Review and approve all purchase orders to:
- Ensure accuracy of information (vendor, product, amount, timeliness)
- Align with demand planning to coordinate in-market dates of products
- Coordinate cashflow implications with the finance organization
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communicator with the proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence those outside of the direct reporting structure
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Deep understanding of stakeholder management - knowing how best to ask the right questions (functional business knowledge)
- Quick learner who is eager to dive into the details of complex processes and systems
- Experience with Agile principles to help drive projects
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Willingness to regularly engage brand partners to understand pain points and possible solutions
- Must reside in Puerto Rico as the role initially requires in-office work 5-days per week. Once more established, there is an opportunity for a more Hybrid role, moving to be in the office 3 - 4 times per week and working from home 2 - 3 days per week.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
- Minimum of 2 years (or relevant) of project management experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience (or relevant) in manufacturing or supply chain management
