Project Manager, Office of the Chief Medical Officer

Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Quality, the Project Manager will support several functions within the department. The Project Manager will provide project management support to the VP of Enterprise Quality and several Quality initiatives. This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, professional maturity and ability to prioritize and adapt in a complex environment. The position requires collaboration with other teams within OCMO and other departments and sites within the Mass General Brigham Enterprise, hospital teams, as well as external vendors.
- Project support for Provider Performance Excellence and Medical Affairs work including performance management framework, tracking, tools, and meeting cadence.
- Provide project management support for CQO/ACMO prioritized goals and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of Quality objectives.
- Support VP with Quality goal tracking
- Create and maintain effective record-keeping systems for the Enterprise Quality department such as distribution lists, org charts, meeting agendas, and meeting notes/minutes.
- Create, implement, and manage efficient administrative processes and workflows such as curation of offboarding plans/exit interviews and exit interview data collection, and onboarding/orientation plans.
- Create, implement, and manage tools and resources to enhance overall team functionality for the Enterprise Quality department such as a meeting toolkit, time management toolkit, Teams pages, Professional Development Framework, Performance framework, email etiquette, and mentorship programs.
- Manage professional development framework and tracking
- Contract/vendor tracking, such as invoice tracking for RL Datix and Vizient.
- Expense tracking, projections, and accuracy monitoring/clean-up of non-salary budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Quality stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assist with administrative support for Community Division ACMOs meeting and collaborative platforms
- Draft, edit, and review internal communications on behalf of the VP and other Quality leaders.
- Provide project support for unexpected events such as safety events, CCRs, and shortages/recalls.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent required
- 5-8 years of experience in health care, preferably in a provider setting
- Experience in clinical project management preferred
- Experience in health care quality measurement, reporting, and improvement preferred
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
