Job Description
- Project Execution: Lead comprehensive project management tasks, such as scoping, resource allocation, and timeline creation.
- Technical Understanding: Work closely with the technical team to understand project specifics and address any technical challenges promptly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project status and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Documentation Mastery: Maintain precise project documentation to ensure clarity of goals, status, and deliverables.
- Quality Control: Oversee the testing phase of deliverables to ensure they meet required quality benchmarks and specifications.
- Implementation and Rollout: Coordinate the implementation of project deliverables, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with existing systems.
Skills:
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management utilities.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- Years of Experience Required Minimum of 5 years as a Technical Project Manager, with at least 2 years in intricate enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management utilities.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.
- Performance Indicators Quality of Work, Being Independent with the work, Creating Test Plans (going through depth in testing), Feedback from Business Stakeholders
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
