Essential Job Function

• Work with Lighting Specialist and Sales to understand requirements of the project to ensure the work proceeds on spec and facilitate smooth transition to customer
• Manage orders from purchase order to final billing including drawings, expediting change order and billing resolution
• Createand maintain assignedproject orders in Eclipse
• Createsubmittals and O&M’s
• Manage projectpurchaseorderprocess with vendors
• Expedite allassignedprojectorders
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of project to all stakeholders viaproject status reportsand updates
• Identify, analyze and solve critical problems
• Manage project budgets while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing
• Serve as information center for technical information and consult with sales team on proper application of products if applicable
• Process all project change ordersandcustomerreturns on assignedprojects
• Maintain accurate and up to date job folders for allassignedprojects
• Multi task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customerservice standards

General Qualifications

Detailoriented with excellent time management skills. Able to multi-task within a fast-pacedenvironment.  Self motivated, positive attitude with strong customerserviceskills.  Previousprojectmanagementexperience a plus. Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.

Specific Qualifications

A college degree and/or equivalent industry experience is requested.  

Computerproficiency in MS Word, Excel,Power Point and Acrobat.

In 1990, Crawford Electric Supply opened its first store in Dallas, TX and began a tradition of excellence. Within five years of opening, the store was ranked #1 in the twin city market.
