Project Manager (Healthcare/Hospitality)

Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor on their search for a Project Managerin the greater Myrtle Beach, SC area who has experience managing Commercial Ground-Up Construction Projects (Healthcare & Hospitality) valued between $1MM - $100MM+.

Job Title: Project Manager (5+ years tenure with current employer)

Projects: Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial (Ground-Up Construction)

PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day management of construction budget (P&L, Schedules, Subcontractors)
• Manage a timely and comprehensive Owner billing process.
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.
• Ensure that the field staff is provided with all of the tools necessary to execute the project in the field (i.e. budget, contracts, qualified subcontractors, timely purchasing, etc.)
• Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• 5+ years minimum experience
• Experience with Ground-Up commercial projects in a Project Manager role

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
