Role Overview
The Greenhouse Pilot Program`s objective is to offer an opportunity for early career candidates to experience the multiple facets of our Maison via a rotational program. The overall employment will last from 18 to 24 months, starting with a brief retail support experience, followed by subsequent projects or temporary assignments. During their journey in our Maison, the candidate will support various departments, work with numerous internal stakeholders and will be responsible to bring all assignments to fruition. Specific department rotations will be determined based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage timelines/schedules including outlining goals, defining scopes, sending deliverables, and managing required resources as needed.
- Coordinate project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts.
- Collaborate closely with all cross-department stakeholders and use proactive approach to minimize project completion risks.
- Identify process improvement and enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury, retail, fashion/jewelry or consulting environment preferred
- Strong use of independent judgment to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Must demonstrate proven ability to work independently, be open and flexible to change with some mentorship, in a fast-paced team environment
- Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
- Strong team player and ability to function in a matrixed co-leadership environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced level skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong analytical aptitude preferred.
- Ability to travel based on assignments
- Fluency in French is a plus

Salary Range: $90k - $100k
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
