JOB DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Accounting Associate/Administrative Assistant provides support to Company employees and
management by handling a variety of tasks to assist with Company’s management of its billing and
collections with clients and supporting management staff with various duties.
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to the tasks and responsibilities set forth below, which
may change from time to time based on Company’s needs. In addition, the Accounting
Associate/Administrative Assistant will be expected to perform other similar duties as assigned by the
supervisor.
- Review open accounts for Accounts Receivable collection efforts
- Make outbound collections calls and sending emails in a professional manner while keeping and
improving client relations
- Resolve client billing problems and accounts receivable delinquency
- Ensure collection of client payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Communicate effective payment expectations to clients according to Company’s collections policy
- Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
- Create client fee schedules upon request
- Update CIP with client fee schedules for client invoicing
Update client fee schedules according to CPI increases
Access and create custom reports in client systems to support project management and status
tracking
Review and monitor turn-around-time of services performed for clients
Monitor and report on client work queue status
Assist IT in completion of salesforce tickets
- Coordinate and monitor status of initial and quarterly quality assurance audits
- Assist Company in its ongoing compliance initiatives, including, but not limited to, checking
government exclusions and sanctions databases, month end reporting for company management team
- Maintain proficiency in CIP (Cloud Invoicing and Payment System), Salesforce, Citrix ShareFile,
Microsoft Office Applications, Company’s email applications, and any other applications utilized by
Company

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Remote
