Our client, the premiere executive services firm for senior leaders and top corporations, is hiring an internal operations specialist to manage Services, Programs, and Projects for executive-level clients,
This can be onsite in midtown or a hybrid role with two days a week in NYC.
In this newly created position, you will play a critical role in delivering service excellence, combining responsibilities for external, client-facing support with project coordination and internal operations. Direct customer/client interaction is required.
More specifically, you will
- Participate in planning and coordination with sales, client management, and service delivery for programs, including scheduling meetings between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage program databases, customer portals, and multiple email lists; Provide corporate research support to clients.
- Maintain Salesforce, including setting up new clients, monitoring coaching data completeness, and producing required reports.
- Administer online assessments, prepare materials for debriefings, and distribute them to Assessors and Coaches/Advisors.
- Track and deliver key program milestone reports and resolve open tasks with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and participate in Marketing efforts, including editing, researching, and writing materials for the newsletter and blog, supporting the re-launch of the website, and planning and supporting the production of podcasts/interviews.
- Provide office management and administration, maintain supplies, schedule conference rooms, and interface with building management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior work experience in a business environment, with preferences for consulting or HR experience.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and database management.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
