Conti is a national mechanical, electrical, plumbing and Fire Protection construction company that has an immediate job opportunity for a qualified, self-motivated Project Manager to handle their Fire Protection projects.
The position would look for the following attributes in a candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
● As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of a project, including but not limited to oversight of resources, timeliness, and profitability.
● Manage and handle the day to day operations of the project to include scheduling, coordination, communication and customer relations.
● Protect the interests of the company and the project at all times.
● Assist in problem solving with team members.
● Handle job progress tracking, invoicing and forecasting.
● Monitor and assist with reviews, approvals, permits, and close outs with various authorities and agencies.
● Handle and coordinate estimating and quote of change work.
● Attend job progress meetings, scope reviews and bid walk-throughs.
Position Requirements:
● 3+ years’ experience in a project management position.
● Working knowledge of Word and Excel programs
● High School Graduate
● Technical schooling / Degree a plus
