Scope of Work:
- Provide subject matter expertise in all areas related to WAN and JCOTS programs.
- Lead an integrated team of multi-disciplinary professionals, with multiple concurrent deliverables and tasks.
- Present findings to executive-level clients
- Manage relationships with executive-level clients, ensuring alignment of scope and work product with client objectives.
- Manage and oversee SMT activities.
- Consult with senior government leadership on program direction and issues of key importance to DOJ.
- Lead the SMT on technology improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
- Lead the SMT activities that support the Department?s Zero Trust Network Architecture initiative.
- Lead the SMT activities to build out JCOTS capabilities and architectural enhancements.
- Lead and manage special projects.
- Prepare demand and capacity reports and provide to government managers.
- Analyze service level management and provide reports to government managers.
- Implementation planning and project management.
- Customer interface, issue resolution, and negotiation.
- Vendor interface, issue resolution, and negotiation.
- Develop processes to support Implementation Management.
- Develop reports and project management documents.
- Assist in the development, analysis and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, issue management and decision logs.
- Manage projects, tasks, and schedules, as directed.
- Oversee financial and accounting processes and procedures related to project activities.
- Review financial aspects of business cases, contracts, procurements, billing, and management updates.
- Prepare and facilitate communications and organize formal meetings for projects and develop briefings for various stakeholders including senior management.
- Maintain and administer project quality management plans for compliance to Department project management standards, practices, and methods.
- Review OCIO Contractor status reports and completion of other project management activities.
