- Define and complete projects in alignment with both tactical and strategic business goals. - Set direction and roadmap for interpersonal tools. - Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas for redefining support solutions. - Rapidly learn and understand core systems to effectively define requirements. - Lead and collaborate within programs that involve multiple groups. - Use data and analytical skills to identify problems and advise decision-making. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps. - Identify, evaluate, and drive activities, clearly communicating risks, priorities, and schedules to both cross-functional teams and management. - Drive product vision and progress reviews with senior executive partners. - Act as an internal evangelist, building consensus among executives and cross-functional teams. - Effectively communicate and present project and program plans and statuses to both teams and executives. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve how programs are run and implemented. - Represent and advocate for customer needs, ensuring the highest quality customer experience. - Maintain close communication with the engineering team to ensure alignment on product vision, delivery objectives, and priorities.
