Requirements:
- Discuss with cross-functional team to understand the product requirements
- Develop, communicate, and document project strategies and plans including project plan and KPIs
- Reviews status of projects, manages schedules and prepare periodic status reports
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet project objectives / plan
- Challenge functional groups, external suppliers and internal plants to meet program goals and schedules
- Develop and monitor risk mitigations plans to ensure business and project objectives are met
- Coordination and Collaboration
- Review of deliverables shared by the team
Requirements:
- Design and development of Electro-mechanical devices - Surgical devices
- Executing Cost Optimization and VAVE projects
- Medical device industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project management
- Handled team of 5 to 10 people with cross-functional interaction
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- BE/BS - Mechanical Engineering
