We are seeking a highly organized and versatile superstar to join our team. In this role, you will primarily serve as a Project Manager while also taking on responsibilities as an Office Manager, with approximately 10% of your time dedicated to office management tasks. This position requires 2-3 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Provide essential support to the client service team in delivering effective project management.
- Coordinate and administratively manage client accounts and brand design projects.
- Assist with day-to-day organization and planning of internal resources to fulfil project requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling client meetings, internal briefings and creative reviews, capturing meeting notes, writing and circulating contact/status reports, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate project materials and presentations.
- Open and manage projects through the financial system.
- Review creative work to ensure it meets the brief and proof artwork before release.
- Conduct strategic research to deepen understanding of brand, consumer, competitive landscape, and market.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings and events, both in-house and with external partners.
Experience/Skills Necessary
- 2-3 years of project/account management experience within design / creative agency.
- A graduate with a degree in marketing, design management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- A genuine desire to work within the creative industry, specifically in brand, packaging, CPG/FMCG sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused way of working.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Location and Work Schedule: This role is based in New York, NY, and requires the candidate to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week. Our usual studio hours are 9am to 6pm.
Salary range $50,000—$80,000.
The salary range specified is indicative of a position situated in New York City. Compensation within this range is contingent upon various factors, encompassing the candidate's expertise, qualifications, the specialized nature of the role, budgetary considerations, and prevailing local market conditions. Please note that this salary may be subject to adjustment based on geographic location, should the employee seek and be granted permission to relocate outside of New York City.
