About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented, process-driven, and innovative Project Manager to lead and manage business projects that support LeadVenture’s continued growth. You will work directly with LeadVenture executives and across cross-functional teams to drive workstreams, push functional owners, track progress, and successfully implement changes that improve and optimize overall business results. You will be critical to ensuring that key business goals are achieved.

- Day-to-day project management of systems and process implementation
- Ability to streamline business processes and document workflows that drive tangible results
- Assess required milestones and build complex project plans
- Manage project plans to ensure they stay within time and budget tolerances
- Develop repeatable frameworks and processes
- Mobilize project team resources, business, and support teams to achieve objectives; assign roles and responsibilities
- Hold regular meetings to provide information, identify workstream interdependencies, and secure cross-functional alignment
- Track progress, evaluate risks, and partner with workstream owners to execute business objectives
- Prepare communication to executive team that clearly articulates status of initiatives, resource needs, opportunities, and risks to financial and operational plans
- Work cross-functionally to collaborate, drive consensus, and proactively influence organizational change management
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 1-3 years project management experience in the technology/software industry
- System implementation experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, 3rd Party Integrations and/or NetSuite a plus
- Enjoys solving complex business problems with dependencies and multiple variables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Influential communication skills and capability to manage up and down to a diverse, vocal group of stakeholders
- Ability to listen, problem solve, and make recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate potential conflicts and to senior management
- BA/BS degree
