Project Manager

The Goldbergs Food Group is seeking to a hire a Project Manager for their Mainline Food Manufacturing facility in Marietta, GA. The Project Manager will assist the director with projects from inception to completion. Daily communication with VP of manufacturing, VP of Culinary operations and all key stakeholders within the project. Ensure projects remain on budget, within timelines, that they maximize company efficiencies, and increase revenue.

Ensure all processes of project life cycle are maintained and reviewed on consistent basis until completion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Daily Meeting to track issues and delegate to company resources as needed to correct stakeholder within the project

- Manage all Sample Requests including pick-up and packing for next day shipping

- Manages Open Purchase Orders for Mainline Foods

- Schedules Out Bound Shipping and Appointments with Destinations including Costco

- Requests Weekly Inventory from Mainline Foods on several projects.

- Responsible for the purchase long lead time items, packaging, etc

- Assists VP of Manufacturing with various assigned tasks

- Assists VP of Culinary with various assigned tasks

- Client Management, works with clients to update progress of projects and discusses new opportunities including defining packaging specifications

- Contractor Management, works with contractors on various projects from quoting to monitoring work performed and reports to the executive committee

Experience:

- 3+ Years in project management (Preferred food manufacturing)

- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Quantitative examples of successful past projects
