Position Overview: Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on our valued customers while embodying the core values of Performive? As a Project Manager – Client Onboarding, your job is delivering quality customer service. You strive to provide extraordinary service. You go above and beyond the call of duty to delight our customers. From the time a client has signed a MSA and Service Order in which both are executed and require the work of onboarding they are transitioned to the Client Onboarding (CO) team. The CO team then manages and communicates with all stakeholders during the project through the process identified in the PM process document until the project is closed. As the PM on your assigned projects you will be accountable for ensuring the successful completion of the project.
Position Objectives
- Successfully deploy client technology solutions using project management tools, methodologies, and engineering resources
- Ensuring that all stakeholders and team members are communicating, and information is disseminated through the team
- Engage all resources (client/internal/3rd Party) to ensure customers will implement our solution on time and on budget.
- Work with clients from the closing of the sales cycle and transition to client onboarding all the way through to go-live and transition to support
- Be the trusted customer point of contact for each assigned client onboarding engagement.
- Understand what the customer’s current business processes are, their issues and their challenges
- Taking on tough complex projects and managing from inception to successful rollout
- Help customers understand their solution and its benefits
- Be proactive in anticipating and resolving problems
- Be the voice of the customer to the company.
Essential Duties
- Lead or support all aspects of customer implementations
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction during implementation activities
- Coach and prepare customers for successful rollouts of the solutions. Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment.
- Diagnosis, research and analyze customer issues and requests
- Track and report key implementation progress metrics
- Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress.
- Develop and maintain implementation project plans based on best practices
- Follow documentation and project management procedures, standards, configuration settings and sequences.
- Scheduling of internal/client/external status calls and documenting and sending out meeting minutes
- Assigning resources and scheduling tasks completion dates by collaborating with internal resources and client stakeholders.
- Provide suggestions on improvements to processes
Required Skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Have the skills to drive projects to completion and over come project constraints
- Intermediate working knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in project management
- The ability to multitask effectively
- The ability to work independently and as a part of team.

- Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, vendors and consultants

Qualifications, Education or Equivalent Experience:
- PMP certification preferred (or in progress – to be completed within a year)
- Minimum 3 years infrastructure related experience
- Experience with working with IT engineering staff – preferably in solutions provider
- 1-2 years of experience in client facing environment
- Technical knowledge/aptitude
