ADECCO CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER FOR ONE OUR TOP CLIENTS! Location: Remote CST
Pay rate: $48/hr
1 year contract
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide Project Management discipline (scope/timeline/risk management) to implementation of new clients (both internal and external); including change implementations for existing clients
• Manage project artifacts (project plan, business requirements, status, warranty, etc.)
• Facilitate and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver new/change implementations
• Serve as client facing representative of Client Implementations team
• Communicate and implement project risk and/or issue management plans
Required Qualifications
• High level understanding of health care, business, finance, and/or operational knowledge and a high degree of flexibility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of health care project management experience working with cross functional teams
• Self-directed professional with strong ability to work through ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
• Strong communicator; capable of effectively presenting ideas; excellent writer
• Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP training and/or Certification
• Previous client facing experience
• Six Sigma, Lean Training and/or Certification
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans and/or providing services to Medicare Advantage plans and members or experience in the payer and provider segments of the health care industry
Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
