SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager for the Supplier Master Team to assist in project automation and implementations. The Project Manager will support The Company's Financial Services organization as we transform our operations and business processes/systems to support a seamless and automated end-to-end supplier experience for Company Procure-to-Pay teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring partner business teams have complete and accurate business requirement documentation. Furthermore, this individual will own the maintenance and presentation of key business requirement documentation to ensure submission to Product is timely and project development fits within global prioritization and long-term strategy. The Project Manager will work closely with business leaders from Global teams such as Supplier Master, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead collection, organization, maintenance and distribution of business process documentation that will directly influence development of homegrown platforms
- Quickly and independently cultivate deep understanding of the company's financial product offerings, process flows and systems to influence product development, operational workflow and data reliability
- Oversee change management by educating business users of system and process changes; monitor and measure feedback on system and process performance
- Collaborate with other PM's on the Supplier Master team, Procurement, and Operations teams to identify key business needs; identify goals, audience, and objectives
- Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines for each project the team is working
- Manage development, completeness and accuracy of Confluence Business Requirement Pages and Sub-Pages; assign internal and external stakeholders; hold parties accountable to set deadlines
- Maintain oversight of Supplier Master projects at various stages; lead daily and weekly stand-up meetings with critical stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Jira Experience
- Confluence Experience Highly Preferred
- 2+ years project management experience in operational environment
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus
- Extremely organized, numerate, strong attention to detail
- Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills
- High energy, results oriented, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organization
- Highly proficient in MS Office
