Osi Vision is seeking a Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for overseeing managing all aspects of contractor work in support of Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Function Management Office (FMO) Information Technology (IT) requirements. This person is the primary Point of Contact (POC) for contract matters. The position is contingent upon award.

Overview of Project Manager Support: The PM is responsible for overseeing the project and ensuring that delivery is on schedule, in scope, and within budget and is also responsible for tracking and reporting schedules. The PM is responsible for scheduling variances from plan and developing contingency plans to bring the project into alignment with the schedule. The PM is also responsible for coordinating work with Government personnel and other contractors supporting business operations to ensure timely, professional, and accurate delivery of contract requisite deliverables and is the primary liaison between the Contractor team, stakeholders, and the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Government’s primary Point of Contact (POC) for all work performed.
  • Provide overall management and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to this Task Order (TO) including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance.

Accounting for Contractor Manpower

  • Report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours).

Coordinate a Project Kick-Off Meetings

  • Schedule, coordinate, and host a Project Kick-Off Meeting at the location approved by the Government.

Prepare a Monthly Status Report (MSR)

  • Develop and provide an MSR using the format the Government sees as most fitting.

Convene Technical Status Meetings

  • Convene a monthly Technical Status Meeting with the TPOC, GSA COR, and other Government stakeholders.

Prepare and Keep updated the Project Management Plan (PMP)

  • Provide the Government with an update PMP for review and comments.

Prepare Trip Reports

  • Maintain a summary of all long-distance travel approved by the Government.
  • Monitor, review, and approve all Trip Reports before being submitted to the Government.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of program management experience in the field or related IT area with demonstrated knowledge of similar programs.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related IT field.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II requirements, (i.e., Global Information Assurance [GIAC], Security Essentials Certification [GSED], Security+, Systems Security Certified Partitioner [SSCP], Cisco Certified Network Associate [CCNA]-Security).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems or related IT field.
  • Four (4) years of IT experience with civil or environmental engineering systems.
  • Four (4) years of Department of Defense (DoD) Air Force (AF) IT environment experience.
