- Provide coaching on PM best practices, standard approach and tooling to the business
- Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
- Utilize standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
- Assist with establishment and maintenance of project management methodologies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
- Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including bi-weekly report to leadership on status of all projects.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
- Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics.
- Accountable for project success along with project sponsor
- As a member of the PMO team, identify areas for improvements and bring forward solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or relative Project Management discipline.
- A professional certification in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in enterprise project management or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal & external customers to best understand the business needs driving new solutions.
- Strong communication (both written and oral), presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork and organizational skills
- Experience with project analysis, costing, and budgeting
- Able to interact with all levels of management in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations
- Strong knowledge of business applications, specifically SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Occassional travel may be required.
