They are searching for a candidate who...
- Has experience with precast or tilt-up construction, or with big-box buildings.
- Has sitework experience (earthwork, underground utilities, paving, etc.).
- Has completed bids (both design/build and plans/specs) as well as budgets.
- Has created, maintained and updated schedules during projects.
- Has experience with Procore, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam)
- Likes to mentor APMs as needed
- Is commutable to locations in New Jersey and a little into PA
