Project Manager

Position Description/Duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate all stages of projects including bidding, construction, and closeout
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Materials ordering and scheduling, permitting, certifications, job cost studies, verifying weekly production
• Basic surveying, grade checking, verifying field conditions, supervision
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA, MIOSHA, MSHA regulations throughout the project
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
