We seek a mid-level, full-time Project Manager with either demonstrated project coordination and management experience and/or a related degree or certification. The Project Manager will work with and learn from our designers, developers, and producers as we work on the next generation of interactive exhibits and installations for world-renowned museums, zoos, aquariums, and Fortune 500 companies. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting more senior producers on projects, and for production and implementation of interactive exhibits, fabricated displays, educational games, and other applications using a variety of large-scale hardware including large displays, projection & projection mapping, and video/LED walls. The ideal candidate has a background in organizing and project management and is quick to learn about new techniques and technologies. We are looking for a Project Manager who is interested in working with us from concept to final design on a variety of interactive exhibits.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Corrales, New Mexico. While there may be some very limited work-at-home opportunities, this job is an onsite position. We are a fast-paced company with high expectations; we seek someone who is as passionate about the work as we are. Our producers, Project Managers, and project coordinators collaborate with the rest of the Creative Services team and our media systems, hardware, and fabrication groups, so strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. As a relatively small company that is fast-growing and has a diverse set of unique of projects, we seek individuals who are flexible enough to take unusual projects on, and daring enough to manage projects that don't have a pre-established path to success.
The Project Manager should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quick to adapt to competing priorities within a changing and dynamic environment. They will create and communicate plans for new projects and be responsible for bringing projects to conclusion on time and on budget. The ideal candidate is well-versed in project management processes such as managing scope established in contracts or POs, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating project details and updates to executive management, team members, and outside stakeholders. A Project Manager will be expected to independently run their own small projects.

Job Details and Benefits
The position pays $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
This job is onsite at our offices in Corrales, NM.
After 90 days of employment, this position includes paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness and accident insurance, life insurance, and short-term/long-term disability. Employees are eligible after one year of employment for our 401K Safe Harbor Profit Sharing Plan.
