The Project Manager II manages the requests and completion of all projects within the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE). Projects may include, but are not limited to, the creation and on-boarding of new programs and corporate partners, development of new operational processes, and the implementation of new technology.
This is a full time salaried position. Salary range is $54,000 to $59,000.
Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound, prioritize, plan, resource team members, document, and keep all projects on deadline and within scope.
- Coordinate and communicate between all clients/stakeholders, including within the College, other University partners, and external partners as needed. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Maintain and create reporting metrics regarding team workload and capacity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5-7 years of working experience in project management, admissions marketing, higher education, adult learning, or other related field
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects for multiple stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects in a project management system and/or knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to express ideas clearly, logically and in organized fashion to internal teams and campus partners
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills
- A wide degree of creativity, independent thinking and decision making is expected.
- Requires the ability to work independently, take initiative, be detail-orientated, approach work with an attitude of collaboration and work with staff and faculty professionally and tactfully
- Ability to critically think, problem solve and make a recommendation that is efficient and effective
Licenses/Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
