We are seeking a Part Time candidate for our Project Management Analyst 1 role to assist our Systems Integration team with their hiring, onboarding, and training program for new hires. This is a Remote position that will be supporting our team across various locations.
What You Will Do
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Project Management and planning, project team, and line management. Assists in writing job requisitions and onboarding of new hires. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Responsible for submitting CAC card requests to local base representatives. Coordinates travel for employees and assists in the management of travel budgets. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
What You Must Have
Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
Experience Training Employees
Knowledge of writing job requisitions for posting internal and external positions.
Expense / Funding control experience.
MS office experience.
Knowledge of Fiber Optic program.
Knowledge of preparing and distributing form 44’s for project materials and training requirements.
Experience submitting CAC card requests
Experience Coordinating corporate travel and managing CONUS/OCONUS travel budgets.
0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
