```Duties``` - Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field - Proven experience in project coordination or construction management - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
