DESCRIPTION:

·16-20 patients per day

·All ages

·EMR: NextGen

REQUIRED:

·CA state license; active, unrestricted (preferred)

·DEA

·BLS, must be done through AHA

COMPENSATION:

·Salary range: $135k to $160k, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

·36 hours/week and 4 hours of admin time/week
