Project Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Review project drawings, schematics, and blueprints to identify potential issues or conflicts

- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and proposals

- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Utilize construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Primavera) to track project progress and manage documentation

- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns

- Perform cost analysis and budget tracking throughout the duration of the project

- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel

Qualifications:

-Experience using Protech and Bluebeam

- Proven experience in project coordination or construction management

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings

- Familiarity with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
