We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in our organization by providing technical leadership in the identification, development, and execution of capital projects for our factory. This position will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and commissioning, ensuring seamless project execution.

Project Engineer Benefits and Compensation

• Salary is between $110,000-$130,000
• Monday to Friday day shift position
• 7% annual bonus
• Vacation and holiday paid time off

Project Engineer Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Lead large factory Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Project Management, including project charter, project plan, and project kick-off.
• Direct project teams involved in CapEx projects, covering new equipment upgrades, infrastructure, utilities, and other production area improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the project plan scope, milestone tracking, and cross-functional team communication to ensure the timely execution of tasks.
• Manage and monitor project budgets to align with the overall CapEx budget.
• Coordinate projects with other factory initiatives, including scheduled maintenance, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of Project Engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, military, or a related environment
• Proven experience in managing large CapEx project budgets ($10 million+)
• Strong background in complex project management
• Preferred familiarity with SAP, MS Project, and TPM Methodology
