SalaryReporting to Head of Project Development (TRACK Division) we are looking for candidates who must have the following experience and skills:
* +5 Years of Engineering and/or project management experience, preferably in developing power generation or infrastructure projects in US.
* Early to mid-stage Project Development or origination experience, having taken projects through major milestones.
* Effective problem-solving skills: ability to work from concept to develop unique solutions.
* Team player with ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for internal and external presentations.
* Experience in project financial modelling.
* Identify opportunities for self-originated projects in energy transition in the US and Canada.
* Build and strengthen co-development opportunities by building relationships with priority partners.
* Evaluate new project opportunities and make rigorous, persuasive internal presentations to senior management.
* Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements or similar documents with potential partners to move projects forward.
* Lead development activities in Early Developments / Pre-feed stage for individual projects.

Salary: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
