Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of machine projects while assisting in coordination of service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for providing solutions.

Duties:

- Take calls for service on machinery

- Coordinate service technician schedule to fulfill customer service needs

-Quote parts and log quotes in QuickBooks

-Process parts orders

-Follow up with vendors

-Process machinery orders

-Process sample requests as needed related to machine sales

-Follow up with customers

-Assist sales reps on machine sales as needed

-Partake on telephone calls with vendors and customers

-Collaborate with managers and techs to develop project schedules and monitor progress

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status

- Monitor project expenses and track costs against estimate

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required

-College coursework or degree is preferred

- Previous experience in project coordination or related role within the packaging industry

Knowledge/Skills

- Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, vendors and team

-Proficient in Excel

-Attention to detail

-Self starter with excellent time managament skills

-Ability to meet deadlines

-Ability to lift adn move up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
