EZEE Fiber is seeking a Project Coordinator with relevant fiber optic construction, networking, and project management experience. You will assist the EZEE Fiber Project Management team with tracking, reporting, and key metrics to deliver 100's of concurrent projects.
Your technical inclination and your strong desire to establish a process will help you shine in this role. You will quickly understand the project flow and how the teams interact to accomplish the work at hand.

Responsibilities
- Actively engages in progress calls to capture notes and action items and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assists in presentations, gathering the data needed to provide quality information to stakeholders.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
- Determining project changes.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Research issues related to policies, procedures, and quality controls related to fiber deployments.
- Function as a liaison between department and project management software or key project personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Outside Plant (OSP) Telecom Construction and/or Engineering project coordination experience preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Project Coordinator role preferred.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with an enterprise project management software platform such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, Site Tracker, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills and explain how you stay organized.
- Must be able to articulate your expertise and manage many fast-moving projects concurrently.
- Must be able to track and report on milestones, what milestones are at risk and why.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and personable.
- Must demonstrate initiative in self-learning and collaborating with team members.
- College degree in related field preferred
