Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator in our Respiratory Product Division! This position will be based out of our Northfield, IL Headquarters and will offer a hybrid model of work. The Project Coordinator will manage projects and tasks to support the division and product managers throughout all phases of the product life cycle. This person will track progress, identify and resolve obstacles to meet deadlines. The Project Coordinator will also collaborate across cross-functional teams to complete tasks and provide basic administrative support.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Manage critical functions of product data management including artwork and labeling for new products and product discontinuations.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing activities related to catalog, website and other key marketing collateral and communications.
- Manage special projects such as Project Review Process, Trade Shows and weekly communications to sales specialists.
- Assist in process development and tools needed to streamline efficiency within the division to support sales specialists and product managers, including onboarding materials.
- Assist and participate in projects related to overall product strategy, research, and development and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging markets.
- Assist and collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory and operations for projects related to products and product strategy.
- Provide basic administrative support such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in marketing environment (internships, etc.).

- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and written and verbal communication skills.
