Using a blend of self-management and team assistance, the Project Coordinator will be part of the Capital Projects team based at Georgetown University campus and report to the Program Manager. This candidate is responsible for assisting the Program Manager and Project Manager in coordinating all activities related to the Capital Projects’ program from the idea stage to project completion.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for running project coordination meetings between University stakeholders, ENGIE project personnel, and Contractor personnel.
- Responsible for managing meeting minutes and action item completion weekly.
- Responsible for scheduling design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program.
- Support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks.
- Maintaining and revising the process and reporting templates for all project phases.
- Documenting project files, detailed design bid packages, as well as Requests For Information (RFI) and submittals during construction.
- Coordinating daily activities between ENGIE, Contractors, and the University related to badge/key access and audit/design visits for the Capital Project program.
- Assisting the Program Manager with the close-out documentation.
- Assisting the plant outage planning and permit applications
- Leading small projects on an ad hoc basis.
- Responsible for administrating Procore documentations/RFIs
- Engaging with all stakeholders at Georgetown University to maintain excellent relationships.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant area.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a very high level of document organization.
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure established objectives are met.
- Knowledge of the Facilities Operations and Utility Plant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project); experience with various project & construction management software tools, e.g., Procore, SharePoint, Bluebeam.
- For this position, you must have evidence of the right to work in the U.S.
