Project Coordinator (Engineering) - Junior (US)
12 months contract (W2) (with potential for renewal)
Location: Austin, TX 78735 (open to onsite/hybrid options).
- It is a junior level role where he will Plan, forecast, order, and manage those responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of excel.
- Semiconductor experience is not required as its more of data analyst.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- If local to Austin 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
- If candidate has all the skillset open for remote option as well.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your program management expertise to gather inputs from key resources and archive knowledge gained from previous projects, ensuring accessibility and availability for future endeavors.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with project goals.
• Support Package Development Engineers in various tasks including planning, forecasting, ordering, tracking, and related activities.
• Initiate package/assembly samples builds by submitting Special Manufacturing Requests to manufacturing sites, tracking build requests to ensure timely completion and billing.
• Update project trackers and reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Prepare Purchase Orders aligned with forecast plans, following up through delivery and invoicing processes, including SAP posting.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Business Units, AP/Finance, Suppliers/Vendors, and various engineering teams to streamline processes and facilitate efficient project execution.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Advanced mastery in Excel, demonstrating extensive proficiency and command of its functionalities.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and utilizing web browser interfaces for multiple planning tools.
• Strong process-oriented thinking with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor product manufacturing processes and flow.
• Willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Proactive and self-starting with a knack for creative and critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed engineering and manufacturing teams.
Education
• Bachelor's degree required – a B.A. or a B.S.
